The Process
Lip fillers involve injecting dermal filler in precise locations. As with all our Aesthetics treatments, we offer a consultation service during which we determine exactly what you are hoping to achieve and the best way to create your desired look. Prior to treatment, we apply a topical anaesthetic that numbs the area to make you are as comfortable as possible during treatment.
When injecting dermal fillers, we work carefully to achieve the exact look you want, which involves gently building up the product into the right shape and fullness. You will see the results immediately and they last up to 12 months, depending on individual factors.
Russian technique
As well as providing more traditional lip fillers, Viso Aesthetics also offers Russian lip treatments. This option is ideal if you want fuller looking lips in a more contemporary and model-like style because it focuses on injecting filler into the V-shaped area of the mouth, or Cupid’s bow. Post treatment
Following lip filler treatment, you should avoid touching your lips or applying makeup to the treated area for at least 6 hours to prevent infection. Viso Aesthetics also provides detailed aftercare advice and information on the day of your treatment.
It is normal to experience swelling, redness and/or bruising after lip filler treatment but side effects are usually minor. However, we are always happy to help clients in Manchester, Liverpool and surrounds with any concerns.
